Certification Disclaimer
CAIBOK certifications are privately issued credentials. They do not represent government licensure, regulatory approval, or official accreditation of any kind. Certifications offered through CAIBOK.org are intended solely as evidence of learning achievement and competency as defined by CAIBOK’s internal criteria.
Completion of any certification does not guarantee employment, advancement, compensation, or acceptance by any third-party organization or employer.
Assessment Method and Transparency Statement
CAIBOK certifications are based on internally developed assessments designed to measure comprehension of specific culinary or foodservice knowledge areas. While we strive for fairness and consistency, CAIBOK does not claim psychometric validation or third-party review of exam content.
Assessments may include multiple-choice exams, structured questions, or knowledge demonstrations. CAIBOK reserves the right to modify exam content, scoring methods, or passing criteria at any time.
Certification Use and Representation Policy
Users may only represent themselves as CAIBOK certified if they have successfully completed a certification exam and received official confirmation. Certificates may not be altered, copied, or presented in a misleading way.
CAIBOK credentials must not be presented as governmental licenses or as meeting any legal regulatory requirements. Misuse of the CAIBOK name or logo in a deceptive or unauthorized manner may result in revocation of certification and legal action.
No Refund / No Guarantee Clause
All certification purchases on CAIBOK.org are final once digital access has been granted or an exam attempt has begun. CAIBOK does not offer refunds or partial credits under any circumstances unless required by law.
We do not guarantee passing scores, employer recognition, or external benefits resulting from certification. Users are responsible for reviewing program descriptions and making informed purchasing decisions before payment.
