This is a CAIBOK competency — not a course, and not a book. It defines what a Commis must be able to demonstrate in Gerente de Inocuidad Alimentaria.
It is earned by validating a current food-safety manager certificate — there is no CAIBOK exam for this subject.
It is an anchor (required) competency of the Cinturón Marrón. It belongs to the Inocuidad Alimentaria pillar of the Cinturón Marrón (Commis) in the CAIBOK framework, which assesses the food-safety knowledge and practice.
The Cinturón Marrón is awarded on completing its 4 anchor competencies.
The Cinturón Marrón is the entry belt of the professional ladder (the White Belt is a separate food-handler credential).
Included with membership: submit your certificate on the validation page and we verify it against your country's requirement.
